New machine for cover production DA 270

Automatic DA 270 Casemaker for production of book cases, additionally equipped with a PS device, enabling cardboard sheets to be cut inside the machine. The machine is designed for fully automatic production of book covers, files, placards, calendar backs or game boards. It can be operated at a speed of 65 cycles per minute.

Downtime and material waste are kept to a minimum. Set-up times are short while the glue layer is thin and even all over the surface. When the machine is stopped, material loss is limited to one cover only. The machine is also adapted for the production of integrated covers and for making small format covers.
